It’s been a little quiet on here recently but all for wonderful busy reasons! In the last few weeks we’ve covered a lot of themes - focusing on building strength and flexibility in the body and mind with a whole lot of being kind to ourselves along the way! 🫶🏻
I absolutely love my Saturday morning group - If you’re looking for a friendly, fun and non-judgemental space to move your body, get curious and have a laugh along the way then this might be the perfect class for you! I’ve also had the joy of bringing yoga into a special needs school recently. With my background as a special needs teacher, combining these two passions has felt incredibly meaningful, and I’m excited to deepen this work with further training early next year 🤗✨
And speaking of new beginnings… I’ll be welcoming the New Year with an Intention Setting Workshop on January 10th. Expect a gentle blend of yoga and journaling to help us reflect, reset, and choose where to direct our energy - all with self-compassion at the centre. - More details and booking info to follow soon 🌿
