This patient comes yearly usually for 3mls of filler spread over the cheeks, nasolabial folds (nose to mouth lines) marionettes (side of the mouth) and lips giving a perfect refreshed but not ‘done’ look 👌🏻

The face is made up of multiple deep and superficial fat pads, including those in the midface, under the eyes, temples, and jawline. As we age or lose weight, these fat pads will:

• Lose volume 😟
• Descend due to gravity ⤵️
• Weaken in structural support (we lose density of the facial bones as we age ) 🦴
