Thank you for those that attended today’s sound bath! That was such a lush session, everyone has the loveliest energy today, ready to switch off and snooze 😌 I just love it when people arrive all equipped with cosy stuff to settle down 💤
We focused on self care and reserving time and energy for ourselves, taking time to recharge and give back to our own heart and mind has such benefits.
I felt a lovely connection with you all and thank you for the warmth and kindness 💐
My next sound bath at wickersley community centre will be 29th August, but other dates are set at Evolution Gym, Inner Light sessions in the meantime.💐
