Here at Excell Home Care; we are very proud to be one of CareLineLive customers; from 2020!

Josh and his team, provide such a unique level of support and customer service; that we haven’t experienced before. 👍🏼👍🏼

“I grew up in a wheelchair. Now I run a £3.5m health tech company.”

Josh Hough, founder of CareLineLive didn’t just grow up needing care, he turned his personal experience into a mission to redefine it.

💬 "From an early age, I learned I could prove people wrong."

Josh’s journey from school days in a wheelchair to leading a £3.5m-turnover home care tech company is not just inspirational, it’s deeply relevant to everyone working in care today.

His lived experience has given him a rare insight into the real challenges care providers face: inefficient visit tracking, poor communication and outdated processes that put unnecessary pressure on clients, carers and coordinators alike.

With CareLineLive, he’s built a platform that puts people first, streamlining operations for over 600 agencies across seven countries.

💬 “It’s not just about the product. People invest in your ability to drive change.”

If you’re a care owner or coordinator who’s ever wished for more transparency, better support, or tech that actually understands your world then this one’s worth the read.
