Hello 👋🏻
Apologies things have been quiet since feb - this year has been pretty rubbish so far suffering a heart attack on 1st February and then losing my father a month ago has been heartbreaking 💔 but I now need to get back to some sort of normality and it would be great to see my past and future customers again as I’m doing much better now🙂.

I just want to make all johns amazing customers and future customers aware that John was admitted to hospital last Thursday with a suspected heart attack with ongoing tests and remains in hospital until a diagnosis he was due to have an angiogram tomorrow but now appears to have picked up a bug or infection - for everyone that’s currently booked in we’re trying to sort alternative companies for you in the short term but as things are currently up in the air we don’t know how long John is out of action for so I’ll be in touch in the coming weeks 🥰

Just a polite reminder on some of our Terms & Conditions:

• John is a sole trader so therefore we do ask for payment to be made upon completion of works - this is stated on all invoices.

• John sometimes has to return to jobs to undertake snagging etc, we ask customers to please be kind and patient as John will be fitting this in around other jobs that are booked in the diary, again there is only him so a lot of the time this can be very overwhelming for him as he wants customers to have the best service/experience.

• Any boiler jobs, we do ask for payment of the boiler to be made up front so that John can pick up on the morning of the job then the labour cost is payable upon completion.

John and I would like to thank all our past, present and future customers for all your support and please support Small Businesses like ourselves ☺️

Before / during / after of this boiler conversion the old boiler was a glowworm hideaway and replaced with Alpha Evoke 33NX
