We can help you live a shared community, or support you at home. We call this Person Centred working. Its “Your Home, Your way, Your choice.”

Your Choice. We will plan your support with you. Helping you choose what you want to do in your home or out in the community. We call this person-centred planning. You can talk to any manager about anything. We encourage you to be involved in the running of

your service. You tell us what support you want and what kind of person you would like to support you.
