I haven't posted on social media for a while although I am still actively busy with my care and therapy work roles.

Apart from offering my therapy treatments as Soothe Holistics, I am also a care practitioner, supporting adults with their well-being in various care settings and at home.

​I am able to enquire with your accommodation host prior to your booking, to ensure the treatment can be delivered to your door, during your stay.

​Choose from the following treatments:
Reiki, Reflexology and Massage treatments.

​Treatments can be booked in 30, 45 or 60 minute slots and carried out on the treatment couch or reclining chair.

​Gentle soothing background music can be played for added relaxation.

I'm so pleased I attended this course 2 years ago. Orthopedic Reflexology is a popular treatment , offering relief from many foot conditions (e.g plantar fasciitis & bunions) and for those spending alot of time on their feet. It is wonderfully relaxing too .
