My style + flow are creative. Always establishing the benefits + intentions of practice, alongside enjoyability at the centre of each session.
With 10 years in Wellness + Gym Studios I bring a range of versatile skills and knowledge. Co-insiding with other forms of movement such as Cardiovascular, Strength Training and Body Conditioning.
