Back to work after your holidays?
If your eyes are feeling the strain from being back at your desk, a few simple setup tweaks can make all the difference.
💡 Use soft, natural lighting where possible and steer clear of overhead glare
🖥️ Keep your screen at arm’s length with the top positioned just below eye level
⏱️ Follow the 20-20-20 rule: every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds
Your workspace should work for your eyes, not against them!
