New topic! Lower and upper crossed syndromes are a bit contentious among osteopaths (as are a lot of syndromes and posture-focused findings) but their sentiments are still valid. No prizes for guessing what other topic is in the pipeline 🤷‍♀️

As we approach September, I'm planning content for backcare week, which falls in the first week of October...

But act quickly if you're looking for blogs, because I'm limited in how many new clients I can take on ahead of maternity leave, which I plan to take from February to November next year. Similarly, if you're not ready for blogs yet but want something to go live next year, let me know as soon as possible as it'll need writing before I go.

It's been a while since I posted on here, but I'm back from maternity leave and working at FORM in Oldbrook, MK, on Mondays and Fridays. I can offer new mums a holistic check up, with an understanding of how pregnancy and birth affects the whole body, not just the pelvis.

Squeezing into my scrubs for the last time before maternity! I'll finish up in the clinics this week before doing a final week on the blogs and taking my 9 months out of office.
