This is not a “one-size-fits-all” class.
It is a co-created, intuitive practice that responds to what your body and mind need on the day.
Every session is shaped by the people in the room, so the experience feels personal, supportive and restorative.
As a yoga therapist with lived experience of chronic stress, I combine traditional yoga with therapeutic, evidence-informed tools to support the realities of modern life: stress, tension, fatigue, overwhelm and feeling “stuck.”
In each session, you will:

✨Use breathwork & relaxation to calm the nervous system
✨Explore practices that fit your body, energy & lifestyle
✨Learn yoga tools that can support you beyond the class: at work, at home and in everyday life
No experience or flexibility is needed. These sessions meet you exactly where you are.
Led by a CNHC-registered yoga therapist with specialist training in stress, long-term health conditions and whole-person wellness.
