Great to see our Town Mayor, Cllr Robert “Bob” Jones, and Michelle out in the community chatting with everyone 👏

They spent time discussing the fantastic work of Walfinch HTV, proudly represented by Angela Pinto one of its directors, who will be running the Lydd Half Marathon in support of Parkinson’s.

This half marathon is a warm-up race ahead of the London Marathon in April, where Angela will be running for a cause close to her heart — Parkinson’s 💙🏃‍♀️

An inspiring effort and a brilliant example of local community spirit in action. Wishing you the very best of luck on race day – we’re all behind you!

We loved working at the annual Princess Alice Hospice & Rotary Fundraiser Fashion Show again this year

It was a wonderful afternoon filled with loads of fun, community spirit, generosity, and fantastic fashion – all in aid of such an important cause. Supporting organisations like Princess Alice Hospice, who provide outstanding compassionate care to families across our local area, is something very close to our hearts as a care agency.

We were so pleased to see our wonderful local councillor Maureen Attewell there showing her support for the event and the incredible work being done in our community.
