It’s Blue Monday.

It really isn’t………
It’s another day to take your opportunities
Another to share your successes and learn from your failures
Another to tell your loved ones that you really love them
Another to drive your ambition forward and find the solution
Another day to take a breather and find what happiness is for you
Another day to climb the ladder
Another day to help people
Another day to add some value to peoples lives
Another day to learn more
Another day to be grateful
Another day to grow

It’s just another day.
Some don’t get another day. Embrace them all, live fully, never settle and always be curious.

Walk Coaching

As a life coach , leadership coach and mentor I’m often asked how do I choose the right personal life coach for me?

Well it’s pretty simple really.

If one likes the soft bu****it approach with lots of nodding, “Yah”s and leaflets on “How to drink your chocomacciato without upsetting your colleagues “.

If you like the approach where it’s formal in a small room with two chairs like you are being interviewed by lord sugar…..

If you love the approach where “results take at least 6 months” ……..

If you don’t fancy being challenged on your views…..

If it’s a “Yes” person you want to help you .

Then I’m not for you.

Life coaching with me isn’t soft. It’s bu****it free, there’s results that you want or need that we can focus on. If it’s unrealistic or unreasonable and you’re living in cloud cuckoo land I will tell you. If you want to add value I’m with you all the way,
If you are serious about improving an area of your life, family, relationships, work, sports And ONLY if serious then message me.

How much would you spend on a personal trainer? How much do you spend on training your mindset, your approach, your relationships, your focus, your work, your ambition, etc etc.

First session is free
I begin at 6am and my last session daily is 8pm. No contracts, no minimum sessions, walk away at anytime. Session cost begins at £50 an hour with non peak times and rising to £80 per hour(lunchtime, 6-7 and 7-8am and pm) peak times and Saturdays

We don’t sit in an office
We walk for an hour and really delve into the issue you want to focus on. I’ll even buy the coffees.

Try this to make a positive intention in your life. Ask aloud a question each day.
“What can I do to make me a better friend to….”
“How do I be better at……”
“What action should I take to improve my …….”

You’ll be surprised by the responses you get.

I write the question down in a diary daily. Helps me add value to me, for you.

Self development is key and here at Walk Coaching the philosophy and intention each week is to add value, be better than yesterday and help people fulfill their potential.
