I now love the gift from Autumn. I've learnt as I've matured how this season shows me that it's OK to slow down, have some time at home, keeping well and resting, making soups and connecting with calm. I know so many people don't like the arrival of the cold and dark, I certainly was one who's mood would drop with this. But now I plan small projects at home, little things I've not done during summer because I've been outside and busy. I've started to plant bulbs with intension of the spring light returning and thank nature for reminding me, like the trees - it's time for rest, maybe early nights, a new book, a new recipe for tea. And of course I will enjoy beautiful autumnal walks

The Tutankhamen immersive exhibition at Excel was a great experience this week, I thoroughly recommend. And whilst enjoying I was reminded of the origins of Reflexology many thousands of years ago which is incredible to me. A little camera trickery and I'm there!
