Angela is also a qualified Sports Therapy, Sports Massage, Sports Nutrition, Life coach and Therapist/Counsellor and many more which we have listed below. You can keep breakfast simple, but don’t grab such something that is not good for you, or depend on coffee to fuel your body. It will catch up with you eventually. If your carrying weight around your middle then you need to re look at how healthy your food is, be realistic with your health. You can’t fill it with rubbish and expect to feel amazing.

No matter what environment you love to be in you can always fit in a workout.
Some people religiously work out in the gym at the same time, same classes every day.
Others like us workout where ever we fancy. Our members have their scheduled classes but they can take them anywhere they want to train.
Coming into better weather think about working out outside, park, beach, garden.
The main thing when your working out your getting the best from your physical and mental well-being. Enjoy your workouts. And to it for your long term health benefits. We are all different. Those longer evenings get out in the fresh air and go for a well being walk. No phones, no music just stay in the present and listen to all the sounds around you.

Training doesn’t need to be complicate. One piece of equipment like this kettlebell can work your entire body.

What kind of training makes the biggest changes in your body?

Our training at Abs is combination training. This makes the biggest difference to your body. The new year is upon us. It’s also an opportunity to get back into shape. But even New Years resolutions can still send you into the excuses of “I don’t have time”, “I have limited time already with my family and friends”.
And “there are so many parts of our body that needs to be addressed. “
“I don’t know where to start” all of this becomes overwhelming.

So why not combine all the training into 3 sessions per week. Cardio, strength, flexibility, core & Abs.
Being efficient with your training is key, therefore then your efficient with your time.
How? By integrating it all with our 3 classes per week.

We love combination training and 18 years as a Personal Trainer I know it works. This style of workout is so effective for the body, spend less time in the gym faffing around and now it’s time to get results!!!
