Friday Reset 🙏🏼
Most people head into the weekend feeling tight, tired, and a bit stiff, not because anything is “wrong,” but because your body has simply accumulated tension throughout the week.

Here are 3 quick ways to reset your body today so you move better all weekend:

1️⃣ 30–60 seconds of mobility
Pick one area that feels stiff (hips, upper back, ankles). Gentle movement boosts circulation and reduces muscle tension far better than sitting still.

2️⃣ A slow, deep breathing cycle
4 seconds in → 4 seconds out for 1 minute.
This calms your nervous system, which is often why pain or tightness feels worse by Friday.

3️⃣ A micro-walk
5 minutes. Around the block. No intensity needed.
It’s one of the fastest ways to ease pressure on your joints and improve overall stiffness.

A small reset goes further than you think.
Move little, move often… your body will thank you this weekend 🙂

“Rest is Rust” Rest days don’t have to mean doing nothing…

Gentle mobility work keeps joints happy, improves circulation, and helps your body recover better between training sessions.

A few great options for rest days include:
🦵 Hip openers and glute stretches
🦶 Ankle mobility drills
🦴 Thoracic rotations or cat-cow stretches
💪 Shoulder band work or wall slides

Even 10–15 minutes of movement can make a big difference! You’ll move better, recover faster, and feel less stiff when you’re back training.
