Here are 3 quick ways to reset your body today so you move better all weekend:
1️⃣ 30–60 seconds of mobility
Pick one area that feels stiff (hips, upper back, ankles). Gentle movement boosts circulation and reduces muscle tension far better than sitting still.
2️⃣ A slow, deep breathing cycle
4 seconds in → 4 seconds out for 1 minute.
This calms your nervous system, which is often why pain or tightness feels worse by Friday.
3️⃣ A micro-walk
5 minutes. Around the block. No intensity needed.
It’s one of the fastest ways to ease pressure on your joints and improve overall stiffness.
