First up Apologies for the horrendous audio, was having mic issues 🤬.

This session was pretty fu***ng intense, I fact it’s probably the first time I’ve felt my sole being taken whilst training arms 🤦🏽‍♂️ however training like this in this environment opens your eyes as to why these guys have created world class physiques. Do you mix up your squat variation?
~
I love a back squat, in fact I’d go as far as to say it’s my favourite movement, the feeling you get when you have a decent amount of weight on the bar pushing you down is for me like no other 🤙🏾
~
This being said I also know the benefits of utilising a wide range of squat variations.
~
One of my favourite machines at the moment is the V-squat machine! More emphasis is directed on the glutes and hamstrings due to the line of force and as this is an area I’m trying to bring up it serves me well 💪🏽
~
If you’re lucky enough to have one of these in your gym then give it a go, and if you find you get lower back pain when you barbell squat then this may help so long as your ex*****on is on point 👌🏾

If you’re happy and content with knowing that then you carry on being mediocre, hell who am I to judge your life right?

But..... and this is a BIG BUT, if you have a burning urge to be more, give more, achieve more out of this life then you need to step outside of that comfort zone you’ve created and start expanding your way of thinking.
~
Reach out to other people who are wanting more, surround yourself with further advanced people, put yourself in an environment where you feel scared and vulnerable as it’s this uncertainty that will force you to grow and adapt, force you to become smarter I. Your way of thinking and inevitably will drive you towards whatever it is you want to achieve out of this life!! 💪🏽

Building lean muscle mass consists of stimulating muscle fibers with load, frequency and volume.
