Attention all Runners!

We are hosting a FREE Running Clinic on Thursday 20th Feb at 7 pm in Manor Park in Shepperton.

The spring racing season is nearly upon us and now is the time to get you dialed in, ready for racing. If you are carrying niggles, twinges or out right injuries join and see how we can help you.

Dr. Mika and Oleg are going to help you with technique tips, gait analysis, injury rehab advice and nutritional and hydration advice.

Kay's Chair Pilates classes are such a hit. It sounds easy but its quite a challenge! Improving posture and balance using therabands and pilates balls. If you know anyone who could benefit or you would like to try it out for yourself, do get in touch.

Kays chair pilates are very popular and now attracting our men patients too. Eventhough you are seated, its quite a challenge; in this picture, strengthening the upper body whilst squeezing the pilates ball with your legs to keep your core engaged. Patients are improving with their strength and posture. 💪
