Inspiration for us all to keep challenging ourselves. It's very much a case of if you don't use it you lose it. Using weights or resistance bands is the only way to keep our muscles strong and supportive of our joints/bones. Walking is also incredibly useful but try to incorporate some uphill walks, to keep the leg muscles strong.

Attention all Runners!

We are hosting a FREE Running Clinic on Thursday 20th Feb at 7 pm in Manor Park in Shepperton.

Kays chair pilates are very popular and now attracting our men patients too. Eventhough you are seated, its quite a challenge; in this picture, strengthening the upper body whilst squeezing the pilates ball with your legs to keep your core engaged. Patients are improving with their strength and posture. 💪
