Inspiration for us all to keep challenging ourselves. It's very much a case of if you don't use it you lose it. Using weights or resistance bands is the only way to keep our muscles strong and supportive of our joints/bones. Walking is also incredibly useful but try to incorporate some uphill walks, to keep the leg muscles strong.
