🌿 Listening to My Body Changed Everything About How I Take Supplements
For months, I’d been taking MSM to help heal my hip after an injury.
It really did its job—my hip felt stronger, movement came back, and I was sure it would stay in my daily routine forever.
But then, something shifted.
I noticed that every time I reached for the MSM, it felt… heavy.
Not physically, but in my body. Like my energy was saying, “Not today.”
So I stopped, just for a few days.
Instead, when I checked in with my body, turmeric came through loud and clear—warm, supportive, exactly what my system wanted right now.
That’s when I realised: supplements aren’t a lifetime commitment.
They’re like little allies who step in when you need them… and step back when their work is done.
Here’s how I now choose what to take each day:
1️⃣ Hand on heart, hand on belly – 3 deep breaths
2️⃣ Hold the supplement and ask: “Do you want this today?”
3️⃣ Trust the first feeling—light and warm = YES, heavy or resistant = NO
Now my shelf is the same, but my body is leading the way.
It’s the simplest shift, but it’s kept me in harmony with what I really need.
✨ Your body’s wisdom is alive. It’s always speaking—you just have to ask.

🌈 Your Cravings Are Secret Chakra Messages 🍫🍟🥗
Ever notice how sometimes you don’t just want chocolate… you need it? Or how toast suddenly becomes the meaning of life?

That’s not random. 👀
Your body speaks in cravings — and your chakras are the translators.

Here’s the cheat sheet:

🔴 Root Chakra: craves bread, potatoes, salty snacks. Wants grounding + safety.
🟠 Sacral Chakra: craves chocolate, creamy foods, tropical fruit. Wants warmth + pleasure.
💛 Solar Plexus: craves coffee, citrus, spicy foods. Wants focus + power.
💚 Heart Chakra: craves comfort foods (bread + butter, casseroles). Wants connection + calm.
🔵 Throat Chakra: craves tea, smoothies, mint. Wants expression + soothing.
🟣 Third Eye: craves dark chocolate, berries. Wants clarity + insight.
⚪ Crown Chakra: craves light, fresh foods… or fasting. Wants expansion + lightness.

Why this matters:
Sometimes your craving is nutritional… but often it’s energetic. Feed the energy first, and the food craving can vanish in minutes.

⚡ Try this “Craving Reset” Breath:
1️⃣ One hand on your heart, one just below your belly button.
2️⃣ Inhale through the nose for 4 counts — imagine golden light rising from the earth into your belly.
3️⃣ Hold 2 counts — feel it pool and get heavy.
4️⃣ Exhale through the mouth for 6 counts — let that light rise to your heart and steady its flame.
5️⃣ Repeat 6–8 times.
Craving still there? Eat mindfully.
Craving gone? You just translated and answered your body’s chakra signal like a boss. ✨
