There’s nothing quite like a good manicure to lift the spirits — and that’s exactly what we enjoyed this week! 💖✨

It was more than just a beauty session… it was a chance to unwind, catch up, and share plenty of giggles along the way 🥰 From glossy nails to glowing smiles, it’s safe to say beauty and pampering really is the best kind of therapy 💬💅💕

Moments like these remind us how powerful a little self-care can be — and how special it feels when it’s shared 💞

Huge thanks to the lovely Nikki for bringing the calm to our day with her soothing sound bath session 💆‍♀️🎶✨

The room was filled with gentle vibrations, soft sounds, and the kind of peaceful energy that wrapped around us like a warm blanket. Some of us were so relaxed, we nodded off mid-session — the ultimate sign of a job well done! 😴💜

These tranquil moments do wonders for the mind and body, and we’re so grateful to have shared them together 🕊️🌿

☔️ The weather may be grey, but our spirits are anything but! 🎨✨

We’ve brought today’s Craft Fête indoors to our cosy Piano Bar, so the fun can go on, rain or shine! 🛍️🎶

Pop in between 11am and 3pm to browse a lovely collection of handmade goodies – from sweet treats for the kids 🍬, to gorgeous skincare 🧴, beautiful artwork 🎨, and even handcrafted bags 👜.

It’s the perfect little outing to brighten up a rainy day – and we’d love to see you there! 🌦️💛

There’s nothing quite like a visit from a four-legged friend (or two!) to lift the spirits 🐴💛

We had the absolute pleasure of welcoming the beautiful Rosie and Bailey to The Burlington this week, and what a magical morning it was ✨

Zoe, their lovely owner, shared stories about their lives and personalities – we were all ears! Our residents loved giving Bailey and Rosie a gentle stroke (so soft!) and, of course, offering them a few well-deserved treats 🍎🥕🐴

It was heart warming to see so many smiles, tender moments, and even a few horsey hugs. A truly special day with some very special guests 🥰

🍕✨ It’s pizza time… and we dough-n’t mess around! 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳

We rolled up our sleeves, dusted the flour, and got hands-on with some homemade pizza making today – and what a delicious time we had! 😄💪

From kneading the dough just right to carefully choosing our favourite toppings (cheese lovers, we see you 🧀🍅🍄), every pizza was as unique as the resident who made it. And the best part? Enjoying every last bite straight from the oven! 😋

It’s these simple, sensory-filled activities that bring so much joy, laughter, and shared memories 💛

Our residents put their creative hats on and got completely stuck into a spot of keyring making — and let’s just say, it required some serious focus! 👀👐

Placing each tiny diamond onto the base took real patience and precision… but just look at the results! 💖 These sparkling keyrings are not only beautiful keepsakes, but a wonderful reminder of what can be achieved with time, care and a little bit of glittery determination.

There’s nothing quite like the British sunshine to lift the spirits — and our residents are making the most of it! We've set up a lovely shaded area so everyone can enjoy the fresh air without getting too warm 🌿🌞

☀️🧺 What a joyful day at our indoor picnic! 🧺☀️

We had an absolutely wonderful time hosting Right at Home's picnic! 💛 It was a heartwarming afternoon filled with laughter, delicious bites, and new friendships blossoming all around.

What made it extra special? Seeing our residents and guests come together over a cosy cuppa and a good old chat ☕️😊. The sense of community spirit was truly amazing — reminding us just how important these moments of togetherness are.

We’re delighted to announce the start of our brand-new Stroke Support Group, kicking off on Tuesday 8th July! ❤️

If you or your loved one has experienced a stroke, come along and connect with like-minded people who truly understand. Whether you fancy a cuppa ☕️, a slice of cake 🍰, or simply some warm company, we’re here for you.

Our group will meet every second Tuesday of the month, creating a comforting space to share stories, offer support, and build friendships.

🌸 Flower Arranging Fun! 💐🎶

Our residents recently enjoyed a lovely flower arranging session—full of creativity, colour, and calm conversation 💛✨

Each arrangement was perfectly crafted with care, and the results now have pride of place… right on display in our wonderful piano bar🎹🌺 A beautiful spot made even more special!

There’s something truly uplifting about fresh blooms and the joy of creating together 🌼
