Since being established in 2013 we have trained hundreds of parents to safely practice massage and yoga with their children. We offer a range of classes including yoga, massage, music and sensory promoting little ones wellbeing and development. Our classes are friendly, baby-led, relaxed and run by fully qualified, accredited and insured trainers.

We’re so ready to welcome brighter days, fresh starts, and lots of lovely moments with you and your little ones 💛

We have just a couple of spaces left at our Easter parties next Thursday, if you haven’t booked yet, we’d absolutely love to see you there! 🐣

Ready to get out of the house with your new baby, but not quite sure where to go?

Those early days can feel a little daunting, packing the bag, timing feeds, and stepping out for the first time with your little one. If you’re feeling a bit nervous, you’re not alone.

Why not come and join us for a calm, welcoming morning designed especially for new mums and their babies.

Together we’ll enjoy:
✨ Gentle baby massage
✨ Relaxed sensory fun for your little one
✨ A chilled, supportive atmosphere where there’s no pressure and no rush

Most importantly, it’s a space where you can relax too. You’ll be welcomed with a hot cuppa, friendly faces, and the chance to chat with other mums who are in the same stage as you.

Whether it’s your first outing or you’re simply looking for a calm class to enjoy with your baby, we’ll make sure you feel comfortable, supported, and at ease from the moment you arrive.

💛 Come as you are, feeding, cuddling and nappy changes always welcome.

Well, that wasn’t the week I had planned…

I unexpectedly ended up in A&E last Wednesday and needed emergency surgery. Thankfully I’m finally home and recovering.

Huge thank you for all your lovely messages, and especially to Sarah who has been amazing stepping in at very short notice to keep everything running.

I’m resting up and hoping to be back later this term once I’m feeling stronger 💛

We can’t wait to see everyone on Monday as our next term of classes begins again!

We hope you’re all having a lovely half term and still managing to get out and about in all this rain ☔️

There are just a few spaces left, with most sessions now fully booked! If your preferred class is full, make sure you join the waiting list and we’ll let you know as soon as a space becomes available.

Amber Bees is entering a new era. After 13 amazing years, I’ll soon be starting a new role within a local primary school, something I’m really looking forward to, as it still allows me to work closely with children and families in our community.

Our next full term of classes will run as normal. After that, things will look a little different, but Amber Bees will continue. Sarah will still be running our Monday classes including Baby Bees and Bumblebees up until 12 months. I’ll remain involved behind the scenes, as well as running pop-up and seasonal sessions during school holidays.

Thank you for the continued support, encouragement and for being part of the Amber Bees community over the years. We’re proud of what it has grown into and look forward to continuing the journey in a new way.
