It’s a full 2-hour deep relaxation experience — we start with gentle breathwork to help your body settle, your mind slow down, and your whole system shift out of stress mode…
and then ease into a calming, restorative sound bath with an extra 15 minutes on the gong for deeper rest.
If you already love sound baths, this one feels different — in the best way.
Most people arrive from a busy day, rushing, thinking about a million things. It takes time for the body to settle.
The breathwork at the beginning helps you arrive in the space so you can fully enjoy the sound bath instead of spending the first half trying to switch off.
This session is perfect for you if you:

You’ll also learn simple breathwork tools you can take home and use anytime you need to calm your mind or settle your nervous system.
