As we age, the holidays don’t lose their meaning —

🍃 You’re carrying more memories than before
Every holiday now comes layered with all the ones that came before it.

🍃 You’re missing people who used to be there
Empty chairs speak louder than decorations ever could.

🍃 Time feels louder and faster
Years blur together, and moments feel more fragile.

🍃 Traditions bring grief, not just joy
What once comforted you now reminds you of what has changed.

🍃 Your body feels stress more deeply
Emotional weight shows up physically now — in fatigue, tension, silence.

🍃 You see what’s changed — and what hasn’t
Some wounds stayed. Some patterns never healed.

🍃 Expectations feel harder to meet
You’re tired of pretending everything is perfect.

And loss sharpens awareness like nothing else.

Dear my client,

As many of you knew I was off work to Thailand 🇹🇭 at the moment to visit my mum for last time. She passed away peacefully one day after I met her. It’s been 2 weeks since she passed.

Many of you contacted me about this I’m very thankful for your kindness and supportive. I’m still here till nearly the end of December and will be back to work after New year.
