•Sports Massage•
I am a Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist and self built my business in Loughborough from 2014. I am also employed as the Soft Tissue Therapist for the Loughborough University Athletics team. I currently work from Shepshed and treat a range of people, from admin workers with sore necks/backs etc, to Olympians and Paralympians who are on their journey to their next medal! Sports massage is a combination of techniques using my palms, elbows, fingers and thumbs to increase the pliability of muscle tissue to relieve aches and pains. Some people book in when they have painful areas of their body or when they feel they are injured, whereas others book in for maintenance to ensure injuries and niggles are kept to a minimum. Sports massages do involve a fair amount of pressure in order to illicit changes in muscle tissue, unlike a normal massage which is softer. My clients like to call me ‘The Kelbow’! I have recently undertaken CPD training in acupuncture, spinal manipulation and visceral manipulation to learn more about our anatomy and how I can help people using different methods. I have a 24 hour cancellation fee - if you miss, change and cancel your appointment within 24 hours notice you will be required to pay 50% of your sports massage service price. Please feel free to book through my page or contact me on

•Mobility/Flexibility•
My love for teaching people how to improve their own joint flexibility and strength through motion started through doing my own rehab during my shoulder surgeries in 2013 and 2015, and also from my sporty friends who introduced me to various flexibility/mobility books and influencers. When I worked as the Loughborough University Powerbase gym S&C intern, the university gave me the opportunity to set up my own ‘Mobility classes’. Working now for the students in the Loughborough University athletics team, I deliver weekly flexibility/mobility classes steered towards each event discipline of throwing, jumping and running. I have also delivered various flexibility/mobility workshops for schools and sports camps for young people. Please feel free to enquire about booking my mobility class services.
