March fitness bootcamp @ Stoke st Michael will begin on the 2nd, and will run for 4 weeks to the 23rd March.
We will then break for Easter for 2 whole weeks! 🤗🏋💪
And resume again hopefully into warmer weather in April,
This winter seems to go on forever, but we've made it through the darkest days and our little Monday meetings of fitness and laughs has certainly kept me going and I'm sure it's the same for all who attends.
Thanks to all who making this fitness class thrive, it's a real asset to the village.
