Pilton Walks

A new group aimed at those who would like to join others for walks in and around Pilton, Somerset, from Spring 2025 onwards.

Next Sunday's walk has been extended & will take 2hrs 15 minutes approx. There a few small hills & some amazing countryside. The start point is The Lazy Shepherd, Pennard Hill but the postcode is different than the one I posted
before. Correct BA4 6UG.

Our 15th walk will be on Sunday 3rd May 10am start from Pennard Hill. Start point is near the Lazy Shepherd BA6 8NA which is at the top of Stickleball Hill. What3words : heartened.proves.shuttle
Parking available. A few small inclines but mostly flat with far reaching views. Well behaved dogs welcome.

Starting at 10am. Approx 2 hrs walking on footpaths through fields, woods & a short distance on a country lane. Meet at Cross Farm, Worminster BA4 4AJ at 945. Parking available. Well behaved dogs welcome. We'll stop halfway round for drink/snack.

Starting from Keinton Farm, East Town Lane, Pilton BA4 4NX. Plenty of parking. Well behaved dogs welcome. Mostly footpaths & a few stiles. We'll stop halfway round for snack/drink.
NOTE: clocks go forwards the night before.

Our next walk will be next Sunday 8th March. Starting at 10am from Keinton Farm East Town Lane Pilton BA4 4NX.
There's plenty of parking available. Ed will lead a 2 hr walk across footpaths and a few lanes. Well behaved dogs welcome. There will be a break halfway round. Muddy in places so please wear appropriate footwear.

Sunday 22nd Feb. 10am - 12noon.
Meet in the Crown carpark.( parking available until 12
noon, unless you join us for a drink afterwards)
2hr walk with small incline to Stoodly then all down hill or flat. Very muddy in places. Well behaved dogs welcome. We'll stop halfway round for a snack/coffee.
