Tara’s Pirtis Sauna Ritual is a slower, more intentional way of experiencing sauna – a guided journey through heat, cold and rest.

Thank you to everyone who spent time with us at Soulfired Sauna this weekend.

There’s something wonderful about the mix of new faces and returning regulars – it’s what gives the space its quiet energy.

Among the regulars this weekend was someone a little unexpected… a tiny snail.

She measures just 1cm across her shell and keeps making her way back to the right-hand plunge bath for a swim.

I’ve started calling her Sammy, but would love to hear your suggestions too.

A Saturday at Soulfired Sauna is simple and steady – a rhythm of heat, cold plunge and rest in your own time.

Set in the courtyard at Rock Farm, Windsor Hill Lane, Shepton Mallet, it’s a space to slow down properly for a few hours, whether you come alone or with others.

We’re open Fridays & Saturdays, 10.30am to 3.30pm.
