🥳 Introducing our wonderful Psychotherapist Jane Hall 🥳
As a qualified Art Psychotherapist (registered with HCPC), Jane has a wealth of experience having worked in a range of different mental health settings, including working for the NHS and within schools providing group and one to one therapy. Her experience includes working with victims of sexual violence, acute surgery and Hospice care, (various) personality disorders, attachment difficulties, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, grief, self-harm, bipolar disorder, and addiction. Providing art psychotherapy, with Guided Drawing as an option to explore trauma that is stored in the body and connect mind and body.
Jane's approach focuses on forming an early positive therapeutic alliance, with the therapeutic relationship at its core. Her personality and approach are welcoming and adaptive, she is always ready to introduce new activities and adapt her methods to suit her clients.
Working with adults, children and young people, Jane works using art and without, so if art is not your thing she is still a wonderful therapist to work with and has a wealth of experience.
