The notice also explains who to contact if you need medical help when the surgery is closed.

If you have a medical emergency, please call 999 immediately.

We kindly ask all patients to check this information in advance so you know where to turn should you need assistance during the festive period.

Important service update: Internet outage impacting access and phone lines.
We are still experiencing a major internet outage, which is unlikely to be resolved by Tuesday 25th November. This is affecting our clinical systems and is limiting us to one incoming phone line. As a result, we may not be able to answer calls as quickly as we would like. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
If your query is not urgent, please consider calling later in the week or booking a routine GP appointment via the NHS App or through our website using SystmOne Online (if you have access).
If you have an urgent medical issue that cannot wait, please come directly to the Surgery from 8am and use our sit and wait service. A GP will see you as soon as they are able. Please be aware that there will be a wait whilst we ensure each patient is seen safely with the limited resources we have available.
Our Dispensary phone line is open between 9am and 10am. Please note that we currently have only one working phone line in the Dispensary. Where possible, please order prescriptions using online services. Prescription collection is running as usual and should be ready if you have received a ‘ready to collect’ text.

Armistice Day – Tuesday 11th November
On Tuesday 11th November, our surgery will join the nation in observing the two‑minute silence at 11:00am to honour all who have served and sacrificed.
During this time, our phone lines and reception will be paused. We kindly ask for your patience if you are trying to contact us around this time.
We also encourage any patients who are veterans to let our team know, so we can ensure your records reflect this and help you access veteran‑specific NHS services.

What you’ll do:
Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently
Support our GPs, nurses, and patients with day-to-day care
Help manage stock and dispensary operations
Provide a friendly, professional service to every patient

What we’re looking for:
A team player with great attention to detail
Experience in a pharmacy or GP dispensary (preferred, not essential)
A positive attitude and commitment to great patient care

Our Clinic is being held at Yetminster Jubilee Hall on Tuesday 14th October.

The Covid vaccine is only available to patients over 75 or those who are classed a severely immunosuppresed - please remember to book your appointment if you’ve been invited - if you haven’t already!

A kind reminder: please park responsibly and be considerate of our neighbours.
If you’re able to walk to the clinic, please do — it really helps us reduce congestion and keep things running smoothly for everyone.
