Today we are supporting On Your Feet Britain!
This is a national, free-to-join workplace awareness day which challenges desk-based workers to sit less and move more to improve health, concentration, and motivation. We will be encouraging all of our staff to participate and would like our patients to join in too. Simple things like: taking the stairs instead of the lift, walking to a colleagues desk to ask a question rather than phoning or emailing, taking a walk on their lunch break.
