Many women come to see me experiencing problems relating to menopause. Although it can bring its challenges it is a threshold place and is a time to embrace this new energy where we are hoding the wisdom of our blood within us. It can also be a time of great emotions from realising that we are growing older, from loss of fertility or just a place where we look back and fear the changes of the future. I work with women supporting them with various processes and workshops so they can embrace this time and move onto their next stage of their beautiful life
