Hello! 👋🏼 Since closing SJH Sports Therapy due to me starting my Master’s in Jan, I have a few massage essentials that I no longer need, and are practically new.

I have 5 black bed covers (picture from physique webpage where I bought all products) details are;
* Elasticated edges and tapered finish breathe hole gives a perfect fit
* Cotton based stretch cover which retains its shape and colour after washing (machine washable), polyester
* Suitable for most treatment tables. Fits couches 60 - 72cm wide and up to 190cm in length
* Thick and durable fabric with an impressive 270gsm. 80% cotton, 20% polyester

I also have 2 electric oil warmers. They retail for £40 each. Again, from physique, I have inserted the picture below. One is practically new and the other has been used, but works perfectly still. Details are;

* Gently heats oils, gels, lotions and creams
* Durable and easy to clean
* Supplied with 227ml oil dispenser bottle
* Heats to 60 Degrees Celsius in just 20mins
* Automatic temperature control
* Compact, portable and lightweight
* Dimensions: 15 x 13 x 13cm

I’m asking for £75 for the lot. I can sell separately if needed.
For the 5 massage bed covers = £15
Practically new oil warmers = £35
Used but works perfectly still oil warmers = £25

Please tag/message me if yourself would like these products or you know someone who could use these ☺️

Thank you,
Sarah

So that’s it, all done! It’s been the most incredible journey, the best thing I have ever achieved. I’ve met the best people along the way and become a better person for it all. I cannot thank you all enough, it absolutely means the world for all the support.

Thank you will never be enough and thank you for all the memories, I’ll have them forever 💚

All my love,
Sarah ✨💚

It’s SJH Sports Therapy’s 4th birthday today 💚

Thank you so much for the support, and allowing me to create something so special. Without you all, I wouldn’t have been able to do this, and I wouldn’t have been able to progress myself like I am in the new year. You’ve all allowed me to better myself and even though SJH is closing the door for now in a month, the support is still flooding in. So a bittersweet birthday, but all for positive future outcomes 💚

Happy birthday SJH 💚🎈✨

Hi everyone 💚

I’ve written this about 20 different ways now, it’s been in my notes folder for weeks going back and forth with it. But with heavy heart, I’ve made the decision to close the door on SJH Sports Therapy, with my last day being the 22nd of November 2024.

I don’t know how to sum the journey up, there’s not enough adjectives for that, but all I can say is making the decision to close hasn’t been easy, but I’m at the point of my life where I feel I need to grow, and I’m so happy to say the reason for closing the business is to start my Master’s in January in Occupational Therapy.

As a lot of my clients know, I got married this year, myself and Joe have taken some pretty big steps recently career wise and personally to strive for the future we want for ourselves and maybe some mini Joe & Sarah’s one day. Oh, and not forgetting Marmite & Toast 🐾🐱 I didn’t know at the start of the year this was going to be the plan, but my Master’s has always been something I’ve wanted to achieve and now is the right time for me to take the leap.

This business has been a wild ride, never did I imagine 22 year old me opening my own business in a pandemic! But, these past 4 years have been everything to me, not just professionally, but I’ve seen myself grow beyond measure and that is all thanks to my amazing clients for being on the journey with me. You’ve taught me so much, we’ve laughed, some seen me cry, had chats about honestly everything and all of you, will never ever know how much I appreciate it all. There is also a special thank you to Sherburn Community Gymnastics Club for letting me set it all up in the beginning, I will always be grateful for everything you’ve allowed me to do!🫶🏼

It’s been the best 4 years, the business is so much more successful than I ever thought it would be, and that also makes it a hard decision to close something that is doing so well, but I’ve put my heart and soul into this business and I can’t let it go to anyone, so it’s not forever, just because the door is closed for now, doesn’t mean it can’t open again 🤍✨

Thank you will never ever be enough, I’ve loved every second of it. But now to focus on the last 6 weeks of SJH 💚

Have a foam roller? And suffer with tight calves? This is a good use of the foam roller to use on the calves to release some tension.

I use the foam roller most evenings due to being on my feet all day, it just allows me to give them a good stretch and get any build up of lactic acid away!

September offer! Want to try cupping or have it as a treatment currently? Well now’s your chance to get 10% off!

Have a foam roller and suffering from plantar fascia? This is a really good way to help with pain relief and help the fascia under the foot!
