Hello everyone 😊I’ve been asked about my next relaxation course in Sherburn in Elmet, at the Old Girls School ( thank you so much for asking ) ….. I’m looking at February 2026 once the current course comes to an end which I know seems a long way off but due to current commitments I’m unable to offer it before this time , I can say however that although my programme will remain the same the classes will be fortnightly rather than monthly as my current group of lovely ladies feel monthly is just to long of a gap . Having said this if there’s anything you’d like to ask about the course please DM me as I’d be happy to have a chat and answer any questions you may have. If you know you’d like to join me and want to put your name forward now then please let me know and I’ll book you on 😊….
Costings work out at £15 per 1.5hr class which is payable in 2 ways
1. All Monies paid in full at time of booking
2. Half of total amount to be paid at time of booking with the first 5 classes being charged at £15.
( please note monies are none refundable unless under extreme circumstances)
Group size .. minimum of 8 people maximum 12. Small groups to be more impactful, meaningful, supportive & inclusive .
It’ll be just after Xmas so why not ask for your Xmas present to be or towards a relaxation course, what great present !!!!
I’m sure if you want to ask questions here of ladies who currently attend my course they’d be happy to reply although it may be via myself to respect confidentiality
