What does spiritual healing actually feel like?

Sometimes, it’s hard to put into words… but this says it perfectly 👇

After attending one of our sessions this week, a guest shared:
“You cannot mistake the energy… just pure love.”

That’s what we’re creating here at the Harry Edwards Foundation, a space you don’t just visit… you feel.

And the best part?
This is happening all week.

From talks and workshops to live healing experiences, Healing Awareness Week is your opportunity to step into something different, whether you’re curious, open-minded, or simply need a moment of calm.

✨ Come and experience it for yourself
✨ No expectations, just openness
✨ Everyone is welcome

World Labyrinth Day | Walk as One at 1

Today, at 1:00pm, people across the world join in a shared moment of reflection, a global “walking meditation” known as Walk as One at 1, a tradition led by The Labyrinth Society spanning over 100 countries.

While we may not all walk the same path, we are united in intention.

Here at the Harry Edwards Foundation, we honour this moment through the stillness and beauty of our Bluebell Labyrinth — a space that invites pause, presence, and quiet connection with nature.

Today, we share a reading of “The Peace of Wild Things”, a reminder that even in uncertain times, there is a place we can return to:
✨ A place of calm
✨ A place of reflection
✨ A place of peace

Whether you are a seasoned labyrinth walker or simply seeking a moment to breathe, this is your invitation to slow down and reconnect, with yourself, with nature, and with something greater.

Walk as One. At 1. 🌍💙

May is Mental Health Awareness Month 💚

But awareness isn’t just knowing,
it’s how we care for ourselves.

Sometimes healing isn’t about doing more…
it’s about letting go.

At the Harry Edwards Foundation, we create space for stillness, reflection and spiritual healing,
helping you reconnect with yourself.

If you feel called, come and experience it 💚
