12 years ago, I was struggling with severe depression and chronic fatigue. I was caught in a cycle of medications, physio, and seeing various specialists and counselors. While they were helpful, I still didn’t feel truly healthy. That’s when I realized I needed something more—something from the wisdom of Eastern philosophy.
That’s when I found Kundalini Yoga in South London, and it completely transformed my journey. My incredible teachers- Jagat Joti, Kiranjot and Prakashjot Kaur—were fundamental in my recovery back then. These powerful women showed me how to tap into my own healing energy, and I will forever be grateful to them for guiding me back to health.
Now, I’m honoured to teach this life-changing practice to others. Teaching Kundalini Yoga has become not only a passion but a true purpose for me. It’s so rewarding to share these ancient teachings and the wisdom they hold.
