🏵️Whilst experiencing my own ill health ..an experiment with myself and my neighbour Friend.
Both reduced our BP (and his heart rate; mine naturally low, usually ) dramatically - both systole and diastole 💜 ...machine used to record with 5 mins gaps 🙏🏼
