Sun Court is a registered Nursing Home specialising in Nursing Care. The home caters for up to 28 residents and we are always busy.

You will work as part of a team under the direction of professionally qualified nurse.

Responsibilities of a Health Care Assistant

To maintain high standards of personal conduct; to show proper concern for the welfare and confidentiality of those who are cared for at Sun Court and protect them from abuse.

To work hard in delivering care to patients; to follow Sun Court’s policies, procedures, and individual patient’s care plans under the direction of the Registered Nurse in charge of each shift.

To maintain high standards of personal hygiene, wear the uniform provided and be responsible for its cleanliness.

Health Care Assistants, who are the Key Workers, can be involved in planning care for their residents.

Reporting to the Registered Nurse in charge of the shift on the condition of residents.

To be kind and polite to residents, visitors, and colleagues.
