Sad news but unfortunately Grassroots is no longer going to be running for the present time (never say never) but due to lack of sustainable funding and lack of time I’ve had to make the difficult decision to close for the time being….
At 1.30pm today (31st March) we are having our last session. All members past and present are welcome to come join us celebrating you all ❤️
There will be cake and paint so bring wipes 🤣 ###x

Exciting adaptations to our "New Fathers" funded project thanks to Norfolk Community Foundation

Each Sunday 12pm at Reef we host a specific swim time for Father and Child (0-2yrs).

If you are a new father we also have a funded 3month leisure membership for your own health and wellbeing. Full details on enrolment below.

The Reef invites you all along for a charity bake sale on the 22nd of January 2025 - all cakes will be homemade and 100% of the proceeds will go to the charity - Breast Cancer Now 10am- 12pm

Also offering teas & coffees at a discounted rate - again all proceeds will go to the charity.
