Another successful group session ✅
This week we welcomed the Explorer Scouts for a paddleboarding taster session - and what a great day for it! ☀️🌊

Sun out, and crystal clear water - perfect conditions for getting out on the boards and enjoying the coastline.

Big smiles all round as they explored the Sheringham shoreline by sea - a fantastic effort from the SUP Shack crew!

Paddleboarding season’s in full swing – and there’s nothing better than being out on the sea when the sun’s shining.

But while the coast gives us so much, it also demands respect. That’s why we’re proud to support the RNLI’s Float to Live campaign. It’s a simple skill that could make all the difference – and one we think everyone should know.

If you ever get into difficulty in the water:
• Tilt your head back with ears submerged
• Relax, breathe normally, and gently move your hands and legs
• It’s fine if your legs sink – we all float differently
• Once you’ve got control of your breathing, call for help or swim to safety

Remember it. Practise it. Share it. . It could save
you or someone you know.
