Today is time to talk day, a day that shines a light on mental health and the importance of talking about it. Nordic walking has so many fitness benefits but had you thought about the many other benefits it can offer you?
From the fantastic feeling of being outside and connecting with nature to the social aspect, getting to know different people and forging new friendships. These are all proven and very important ways to boost mental health and improve over all wellbeing.

We were treated to another beautiful starry night, unfortunately none of my photos came out. 🌠

It was pretty chilli so we worked on a bit of Nordic fit focusing on the top then the bottom part of our bodies to raise our heart rates. Max effort put in by all. 👍

And walk we did; the rain did not dampen our enthusiasm!!

So, the weather was not so kind to us today, Ah well. We still managed to focus on an all over body technique, dodging lagoons of muddy puddles whilst staying upright.

After thinking we were going to have to cancel our walk this morning due to a horrendous downpour 🌧️ it actually cleared up enough for us to go for it!!!

Some great work on rotation was done by everyone today really getting those torsos moving. Well done to everyone for sticking it out!!! 💪
