Progress update: +1lb this week and still on track with my healthy weight goals. Looking forward to my annual leave when I can ramp up my gym sessions and swims. Life can get crazy, but staying consistent is key.

Prawn pasta super quick to make swip free on the plan, using 1 Healthy extra calcium choice

1/2 chopped broccoli ๐Ÿฅฆ
2 spring onions
Veg stock pot
1/2 sweet pointed red pepper
Garlic granules
Smoked paprika
Chilli flakes
1 tub spreadable light

Simmer all the ingredients for 5 mins with 100ml water and the stock pot, ad the spreadable cheese , let it melt, ad cooked prawns and simmer for 5 mins.

Serve over your favourite cooked pasta ๐Ÿ ๐Ÿ˜‹

If you are a slimming world member who is still unsure on the changes to healthy extras, embrace them even if itโ€™s every now and again.

I used 2 healthy extras so I could have a whole medium avocado ๐Ÿฅ‘ they are absolutely packed with health benefits such as improved heart โค๏ธ health (better cholesterol, lower blood pressure), better digestion (fiber), enhanced nutrient absorption, weight management support (feeling full longer), improved skin/eyes ๐Ÿ‘€, and better blood ๐Ÿฉธ sugar control, thanks to its healthy fats, fiber, vitamins, and antioxidants, though moderation is key hence why it is a healthy extra or swips!

Donโ€™t overthink, follow the plan and you WILL achieve your goals if you commit ๐Ÿ’ฏ and do it for YOU!

I AM THE BIGGEST LOSER 2026
I could not be more proud of myself. I did this, no tools , no medication, no surgery. Simply following the food optimising plan!
I have had the very best support from my consultant, slimmingworld group, true friends and family! โ˜บ๏ธ

I think Iโ€™ve got the hang of maintaining! ๐Ÿ‘

Hereโ€™s to healthy eating habits ๐Ÿฅ— , everything in moderation ๐Ÿฅ‚ ๐Ÿซ and a new wardrobe ๐Ÿคญ ๐Ÿ‘—๐Ÿ‘™๐Ÿฉด๐Ÿ‘š๐Ÿ‘  even my shoes are a full size smaller and no liner extra wide for, normal size 5โ€ฆ I doubt I will ever get used to buying size 10 & 12 clothes.

i know for sure, I am never ever going back ๐Ÿ’ช

Sorry Iโ€™ve been quiet on here this week Iโ€™ve broken a tooth, had to have an extraction and Iโ€™m eating mush. Iโ€™ve found it a bit traumatic to be honest as it was a difficult, painful extraction, and right at the front of my mouth. I donโ€™t mind dentists or needles whatsoever but this was on another level. I promise Iโ€™ll be back soon ๐Ÿ™

This was by far the tastiest pizza alternative ever! Plus gluten free ๐Ÿ˜‹

For the base - ๐Ÿ•

500g 5% chicken mince
30g Parmesan
0regano
Garlic granules
Salt & pepper

Spread evenly on baking paper on an oven tray and bake for 25mins ( I poured some of the moisture away o halfway through)

Then top with tomato puree/ passata ( I used puree with garlic granules onion powder and oregano mixed in)
40g mozzarella
Sliced hot pepperoni ( 1 swip per slice)

This served 2 and came in at 6 Swips per portion
