We're building something serious in Shifnal. And we need the right person in the kitchen to help us do it.
The Lloyd is looking for a Sous Chef.
You'll work directly alongside Chef Director Laura Kimber — a kitchen built around precision, seasonality and cooking that doesn't need to announce itself.
This is a founding role. You'll help shape the culture, the standards, and the food from day one. In Laura's absence, the kitchen is yours.
No split shifts. No midweek lunch. Five services a week — Wednesday to Saturday evenings and Sunday lunch.
£40,000. Starting June 2026.
