Planning my weights class for Monday night
I still have some pay as you go spaces available for £10 each.

If anyone from the bone health class is interested in joining us on Monday as a one off, drop me a message. This class is great for bone density 🦴 I have 1 space at 6pm and 2 at 7.15pm.

This a full class using weights with breaks in between. A balanced class moving all main joints in all directions- hips & spine with a focus on shoulders and muscle strengthening.

It’s our monthly weights class on Monday & a few people are away, so I have some pay as you go spaces available which are £10 each.

Why use weights in Pilates?

Flys in high kneeling
Muscle strengthening, weight bearing & balance

Arm openings with hands behind head
Spine flexibility, posture, shoulder mobility

Lying triceps
Muscle strengthening

Pilates squat with band
Weight bearing, balance, muscle strengthening
