Not easy to do but definitely something I’m trying to. My toxic trait? Negative self-talk.
It’s wild how quickly ‘I’m not enough’ turns into a whole energy. Trying to rewire the way I speak to myself because my thoughts set my vibration, and I’m ready to raise it. 💫 What negative trait are you trying to give up in order to grow??

The person behind the posts-For years, I lived with the silent struggle of endometriosis; a condition that brought not only physical pain, but also deep emotional and spiritual disconnection from my body. After years of medical intervention and countless attempts to find relief through conventional means, I began to listen to the quiet whispers of my womb; whispers that guided me toward the ancient healing wisdom of our ancestors.
Over the past few years, this path has transformed my life. Through sacred womb healing, ancestral remembrance, and gentle self-reconnection, I have discovered the profound power held within the womb — a space of creation, intuition, and deep feminine wisdom.
Now, I share this healing journey with other women who have felt disconnected from their menstrual cycles and their womb spaces. My mission is to create loving, nurturing, and safe spaces where women can return home to themselves, honouring their cycles, releasing generational pain, and awakening the sacred power that lies within.
Through my work, I remind us that healing is not just about easing pain, it’s about remembering who we are at the deepest level, and reclaiming the wisdom that has always been within us 🌹🌀🩸♥️

Nature and the womb are cyclical, we are nature; therefore we are cyclical by nature. We need to follow nature and embrace our monthly cycles and natures cycle of death and renewal.
