Good morning everyone,

My name is Francesca and I have a toddler and baby number two on the way. During my first pregnancy with my son Cielo, I was extremely happy but also terrified of the labor and birth. I suffered from sickness and fatigue throughout my pregnancy, and my body and mind were in disarray.

When I was 20 weeks pregnant, I discovered Hypnobirthing and decided to give it a try. This transformed me into a calm and positive mommy-to-be. I followed all the steps of my hypnobirthing course, and even though my son arrived four weeks early, I was calm and prepared for any turn my pregnancy, labor, and birth would take.

On the day my son was born, I saw a Facebook ad for my hypnobirthing instructor, who was starting courses to become an instructor. I took this opportunity and studied to become a qualified instructor myself. It took me longer than I thought, with juggling being a mum, studying, and working, but I made it!

Now, I would like to introduce myself and my business, Birth is the word. I am hosting a FREE taster session at The Activity Den (Health, Fitness and Wellbeing Hub) on Wednesday 10th April at 7 PM. Please note that spaces are limited, and booking is essential. If you would like to book your space, please email birthistheword@yahoo.com.
