Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve flexibility, slow things down or challenge yourself. We’ve created a timetable with something for everyone.
Hot Yoga
A structured, full-body practice in a heated room (35–42°C) using a set sequence of 26 poses and 2 breathing exercises. Expect to build strength, flexibility and focus, while working up a serious sweat.
Yoga Sculpt
A dynamic Vinyasa-style class with the option to add light weights. A more energising practice designed to build strength, tone the body and get your heart rate up.
Warm Vinyasa
A flowing, breath-led practice connecting movement and mindfulness. Set in a warm room to support flexibility, this class is perfect for finding a sense of calm while still moving the body.
Hot Hatha
A more traditional style of yoga, focusing on foundational postures, breathwork and mindfulness. A great option for beginners or anyone wanting to slow things down and reconnect with the basics, all in a gently heated studio.
