We also provide respite care, which allows carers to have a break knowing that our staff will provide the care, support and companionship needed in their absence. Our nursing and care homes are set in beautiful landscaped gardens with easy access to shops and the local community. We offer first class facilities and highly trained, experienced and caring staff. Our home managers oversee all aspects of the running of the home ensuring that we provide the highest standards throughout the service. We know that choosing the right care home is important, so come and look round our homes, meet our staff and the people who live there and ask as many questions as you want. We also care for young people from the age of 18 through to 64, who have a variety of needs including amputees, people with brain injuries, Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Motor Neuron Disease, Huntington’s, Epilepsy and many other complex conditions. We do this from our Staveley Birkleas nursing home in Shipley which is recognised as the specialist nursing home in the North. If you are looking for your own property our luxurious purpose built retirement homes and apartments are designed for people over 55 years and are available through a variety of rental and equity options at Fairmount and Currergate.

We always want to create unique memories for our residents that last a lifetime, and we were so happy to be able to take a group from our Staveley Birkleas Nursing Home to Edinburgh. 😀

The Edinburgh Festival Fringe was amazing, the The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo just spectacular and the Glenkinchie Distillery Malts really delivered! 🥃

Add in some historic castles, fabulous food and a load a laughs and you can see why there were so many happy faces on these pictures!! 🥰

🧁 Baking Day at Currergate 🍪

We had a lovely time baking together today! The residents enjoyed making (and tasting!) some delicious treats. The home smelled amazing, and there were lots of smiles all around.

🎉 They Did It! 🎉
29 Miles | 14 Hours | £1,020 Raised!

On the 2nd of July, Sarah, Vicki and, Jill, from our Brookfield Care Home team took on the challenge of walking 29 miles along the canal from Skipton to Leeds. It took 14 hours, but every step was worth it.

Thanks to the amazing support, they have collected all the sponsorship money and are proud to announce that a fantastic
💛 £1,020.00 💛 was raised for our residents!
