JOURNEY TO HEALING JOY❤️🙌🏽🙏🏽

‘I don’t feel right. There’s something wrong with me, there’s something wrong with my stomach. I’m not right’

I used to think this constantly.

I faced a constant feeling of unease, restlessness and anxiety.

Somehow I didn’t feel safe, content, part of the ‘whole’. I felt confused and unsettled.

called me one day

‘Muma, you’ve got to go try Cranio’
‘What is it?’
‘I don’t know, but you’ll love it’

And boy, oh boy was she right (thank you Mama B!)❤️🙏🏽

9 years ago today I qualified as a Craniosacral Therapist, from the

The one year, intensive course, was a catalyst to peeling away the layers of trauma, fear, shock, shame and guilt.

It has completely changed my life.

It led me to freedom, joy and my connection to Source. The feeling of being loved and at home.

It lay the foundations for my own unique form of healing. My gifts of encompassing ancient primordial sounds, instinctive touch and imagery.

I give heartfelt thanks to all those who have made this journey delicious and possible.

To all the ‘guinea pigs’ who lay down and trusted me to chant and hum the right songs.

To all the tutors and therapists who became friends and mentors and supported me to start tutoring myself.

I work with babies, toddlers, expectant mamas, teenagers, peri menopausal women, older adults, and even pets!

It’s all the same vibe and energy, it’s the frequency of love and healing and it pervades everything on this planet.

SACRED SPACE - JOY❤️🙏🏽🙌🏽👶🏽🍼

Preparing for Thursdays session 😻

Entering a sacred space, where new souls are being brought into the world, must be such a joy and privilege 🙌🏽❤️🙏🏽

To support and nurture the mamas, with gentle words of encouragement, listening to them and reinforcing their needs in the moment.

It’s what the women were called to do.

To hold hands, lean against each other, be held and rocked when the fear arose, and to know and feel, deep down in their bones, that they are safe, they are held, they are loved.

Focussing on the heart, and the love, compassion and gratitude that it holds, can shift you frequencies and energies. It resonates from the body, connecting with others.

We’re gonna explore, move, sing and meditate our way to heart joy, wooooooo🙌🏽❤️🙏🏽

BIG-UP BRADFORD - HOPE & JOY🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿❤️🙌🏽🙏🏽

6 years ago, we moved to Shipley, Bradford.

‘What do you wanna move there for? It’s a right s@&t hole?’

But I fell in love with BD❤️

I could see and feel the potential in Bradford, was welcomed into groups, communities and homes, have tasted the rich culture and world foods👌🏽

The new is another boost to the city, alongside the beautiful pedesrtianised centre and , set to put Bradford on the map.

There is always hope, potential and a flicker of a spark.

This is what the body shows me and in sessions -

‘Here is where my light lies, here is where I need you to help me unfold, and soften and open’.

The body knows how to heal itself. My gift is being able to feel, see, hear and sing its songs, bringing its joy and light back.

I’m calling it ❤️🙌🏽🙏🏽
