Really enjoyed speaking at Imperial College London / Imperial Lates event last week with the legends that are Dr Bonnie Grant and Professor Channa Jayasena on our favourite topic of Hormone Related health. Really chatty audience, loads of great questions and a fantastic wider event and evening.

I'm not sure there could be a more suited activity for our tagline 'Knowledge is Strength' than an open discussion at a leading University with leading subject peers.

We're excited to announce our first ever athlete sponsorship. Briony and Thomas Duerden are everything we've been looking for; conscientious about maintaining health while achieving incredible outcomes in the powerlifting world: Briony is a national champion, 4th in the WRPF pros and has 3 British records in 2 federations - Thomas is IPL British Champion with 4 IPL British records.
