Hi everyone,
I am in a process of getting a new qualification. I am so excited to getting more knowledge and practical skills while attending a Sport Massage Course. I am learning a new techniques and skills to help my clients with more complex issues. I will be qualified in March, so from Spring time a new treatment will be available. Can't wait :)

Spa at Home.
Hi everyone, I have a few simple and natural tips for dry hands. Nowadays we use very strong sanitizing gels, wearing glows, washing hands so often. The below tips will help you to keep your hands healthy, moisturised, and smooth. All ingredients you can find in your kitchen.

1. Olive oil & sugar exfoliator.
Mix equal amounts of olive oil and fine sugar. Rub the scrub gently in your hands, wait 5 minutes, then rinse with warm water, dry and apply a light moisturizer. Use peeling twice a week.
2. A simple way to exfoliate and moisturize your skin at the same time:
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of ground oat,
½ up to 1 teaspoon honey
a little water to make a paste, or freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Make a mixture from the ingredients and rub into the skin of your hands. Leave for 10 minutes and rinse with warm water. Use once a week.
The effect is immediate, I tried it today, will definitely use it again, highly recommend.
3. Coconut oil for the night
Coconut oil is rich in healthy fatty acids, great regenerates the skin and protects against harmful UV rays. It's best to use it overnight.
